Holiday Fair! Krampus Party with DJ Vince Clarke! The Ballad of Ruby Ridge! This Week and Beyond at Morbid Anatomy

 
We have lots of exciting upcoming events this week and beyond at the Morbid Anatomy Museum.

Today--Sunday, December 14th--is the final day of our annual free Holiday Gift Fair. Here you will find antiques, taxidermy, books, ephemera, posters, osteological and wet specimens, side show banners, flowers woven of real human hair, jewelry, and a variety of other quirky covetables offered by such vendors Ryan Mathews Cohn of TV's Oddities; taxidermists in residence Divya Anantharaman and Katie Innamoratomoulagist in residence Nicole Antebi; Elizabeth NewInvisible Gallery (image above) and many more; coffee and snacks will be provided by our good friends Black Gold. This event will take place from 12-6 today and is free of charge; find out more here. 

We also hope very much to see you at Saturday's annual Krampus Costume Party. This year's iteration will feature a new wave dance party lad DJed by Vince Clarke of Erasure, Yazoo, and Depeche Mode; a Christmas tale by journalist Jon Ronson, author of The Psychopath Test; a lecture and sing-along with Matt Lake, author of Night of the Krampus; complementary drinks; a special "Basket for Naughty Children" Krampus Photo-booth; a custom built miniature alpine village created by Jane Rose and friends; a Cramp-us Burlesque Variety Show provided by The Lady Ayelive appearances by Saint Nicholas and Krampus; the chance to win fabulous prizes in our special raffle and Krampus Costume Contest; and much, much more!
