Daniel Rushkoff and The Narrative Lab! Alchemy Lecture and Workshop Series! History of the Sacred Heart of Jesus! Arcane Media! Upcoming Events

We have many wonderful revents to announce this week including an evening of "non-linear narrative" with Douglas Rushkoff and the Narrative Lab of Queens College (Tuesday, May 26th; tickets and more here); Dark Italy: An Introduction to the Hidden Wonders of the Palermo Catacombs and Fontanelle Cemetery in Naples with Ivan Cenzi of Bizzarro Bazar (Sunday, May 31st; tickets and more here); and a four part alchemy lecture/workshop series with alchemist and author Brian Cotnoir (Wednesdays June 3rd, 10th, and 17th; tickets and more info here, here, here, and here). We also have a night of arcane media, with glass slides, magic lantern projections, and other antique technologies (Thursday, June 4th; tickets and more here); a lecture on the history of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Wednesday, June 24th; tickets and more here); A history of the "Gothic Sensibility" (Tuesday, July 21st; tickets and more here); and a second lecture on the world of medical patents (Thursday, July 30th; tickets and more here.)

We also have several wonderful events taking place this week; unfortunately, all of these--save next weekend's Amsterdam Anatomy Weekend at the Vrolik Museum (Friday, May 15th – Sunday, May 17th; tickets and more info here) are already sold out!
