David Pescovitz just alerted me to the wonderful work of Chicago based fine art printers Transmission Atelier Inc. Their Tranmission Atelier Editions print series reproduces lovely and obscure antique anatomical and natural history illustrations as high-quality, limited edition digital pigment prints. That last image - that was pulled from J. G. Heck's Complete Encyclopedia of Illustration, wasn't it? I love that book! :) Excellent blog, by the by. Absolutely perfect for something I'm attempting to work on currently. You are a godsend!
